Colour: Medium/light golden Yellow
Nose: Grapefruit and floral aromas.
Flavour: A pleasantly dry presentation of grapefruit, floral and peach flavours with a touch of steely minerals. Very friendly, lively and crisp. Gentle finish.

Vinification Comments: Grapes were hand picked and gently pressed. Steel Tank fermentation, left for 6 months in tank to grow. Bottle aged.

Food Pairings:
Sushi, Thai, Chinese, stir-fry, white meats, fish, cream sauces and soft cheeses
