Made in limited quantities, Salvatore's Reserve represents the height of winemaking at Riverview Cellars. A fine cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon, marked by black currant, dark chocolate and coffee. Tannins are eschewed in favour of a nuanced, fruity core. Drinking well in its youth, or may be safely cellared until 2011.
