Lightly oaked, this full bodied Chardonnay, grown in Martin’s vineyard, pleases with a light golden colour and a very fragrant floral nose. A well balanced wine that harmoniously combines fruity pear, quince and pineapple flavours with a buttery mouth feel, vanilla aromas and mineral notes. Enjoy this complex Chardonnay with grilled seafood, roasted chicken, pork, root vegetables, cream based sauces and aged cheese.
