Barrel Aging: Classic Method
A VQA wine. In 2004 our Winemaker, Tom Green went through a life changing event, the birth of his first child, Marin. To celebrate this very special event, Tom set about to create something special in honour of his daughter, a new sparkling wine worthy of his daughters name. This Cuvee Marin is straw in colour with notes of mineral, citrus, white pepper and peach pit on the nose. Full on the palate, this dry sparkling wine displays characters of peach and apple with a clean lingering finish.
