2005 iigluu Late Harvest Cabernet-Franc Icewine VQA
Size: 200 ml
The igluu series of Late Harvest wines is a unique Stoney Ridge product. The grapes were harvested the night of December 12-13 at a temperature of -10˚ C and the resulting juice was luscious and bursting with concentrated flavours and sugars. By fermenting and ageing in the finest French oak barrels, layers of complex flavours are combined with the iced grape aromas of berries and tropical fruit to create this unique wine. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 5 years. Pair with fresh fruit, desserts and fine blue cheeses.
