Winemaker's Notes
* Made from selected sites in Niagara, including Niagara-on the-Lake, Lakeshore, Bench, and from our own estate.
* Harvest Dates: September 24th - October 15th, 2007
* Yields 2 to 4 Tonnes/acre (~50 to 70 hL/ha)
* This wine will age for 3 to 6 years from vintage date.
