Concentrated dark fruit tones balanced by black raspberry nuances. Winemaker's Notes
* Harvest Date: october 17,23 and 28
* Yields of 2 Tonnes/acre and below (~ 35 hL/ha) * Fermented on the skins with manual cap punching lasting over a month followed by 20 months of aging in French oak with 60% new and 40% 1 year barrels.
