Full bodied with smoked plum and cherry flavours. Coffee, smoke and toast undertones. Tannins well balanced. This one will age well.
Vinification Comments:
Hand picked grapes. Gently pressed, fermented on the skins at controlled temperatures. Malolatic fermentation in barrels.
Food Pairings: Lamb burgers , London broil, Braised beef tenderloin, Rib-eye steak and hearty, ripe cheeses.
