Cherry Riesling
This experiment wine shows some creativity, and it works, with pure cooked cherry dominating as the work horse flavour with riesling providing a bit of textural finesse. Shows pale orange-cherry colour. Lots of clove spice, tea and cherry jam on the nose. Medium weight, with a some sense of freshness and delicacy. Well balanced. Finishes dry.
