2006 Zweigelt (VQA)
A great red wine for summer: medium-bodied red, with refreshing acidity and black cherry and raspberry jam on the nose and palate, with slight spicy black pepper, smoky and earthy notes in the background. The palate has soft tannins, great fruit and spiciness. Break some rules and try this red with poultry or cedar plank salmon.
