This Sparkling Wine is from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes were hand-harvested. Only the premium "free-flowing" juice was used as our cuvee, and enjoyed 3 years of aging in our cellars after the bottle fermentation was completed. Note the refined structure with elegant citrus blossom and floral notes. The palate is crisp and firm with typical aged Chardonnay characters ... crispy citrus, hints of delicate vanilla and a seamless finish! Riesling pictured.
