Glimmering gold in colour, with aromas of apricot, spice and honey. The natural acidity provides an ideal counterpoint to its delicious sweetness. Peasant tropical fruit flavours such as mango and grapefruit, followed by a spiciness that gradually diminishes, leaving a honey essence. Wonderful by itself, it can also accompany creamy desserts, custards, soufflés, fruit desserts, roasted almonds and grilled peaches.
