2006 Baco Noir
This dark ruby red wine shows classic Baco aromas of plum, raisin, turned earth and slight tones of cedar. The palate had a medium to full body with refreshing acidity and smooth tannins. The dark fruit flavours carry on to the soft cedary finish.
Food match: This wine works well with sharp cheeses, tomato based dishes and grilled meats. Great for outdoor barbeques!
