Harvested December 11th in the winter of 2002, one of the coldest on record, our Vidal Icewine has the classic aromas and flavours of pear, lychee fruit and a distinct note of honey on the nose. Light bodied, golden amber colour is as much of a treat for the eye as the wine is for the palate. Best served lightly chilled on it’s own in a Riedel Icewine glass. This wine can also be used in sauces, toppings or paired with light cakes.
