2008 Merlot VQA
The nose shows aromas of dark plums, red berries and a touch of mint and clove. The palate shows a very round texture with soft tannins. Initially a slight cherry tartness gives way to softer plum flavours and a hint of spice. Good structure with a moderate finish. It is ready to drink now through the next few years.
